It seems that I do not have upload speed at all with this chart. The particular plan that I use is Airtel-Karnataka-TalkCombo-777. This includes 4GB internet download at 2 Mbps speed and another 200 rupees worth of free calls.

The “A” in “ADSL” is for “asymmetric”. They get better download speeds at the cost of upload speeds because most people download stuff most of the time compared to uploading stuff.
